Your Visit
Essential guide about your Spa visit
- You’ll be given your own personal locker to store your belongings– all property is left at the owner’s risk; management do not accept responsibility for property stolen, lost or damaged.
- Only swimwear is permitted in the spa and must be worn in all areas.
- A robe and towel will be provided.
- No outdoor footwear allowed in the spa.
- No food permitted in the spa. Drinks must be in plastic cups provided
- Please respect your fellow spa-goers right to peace and privacy whilst in the spa and keep noise to a minimum.
- Mobile phones are not permitted in the spa or relaxation areas
- Following industry guidelines, anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted in the spa.
- Please shower before entering the spa
- It is recommended that all jewellery is removed before entering the spa area
- If you have booked a treatment, your therapist will collect you from the hideaway.
Health & Safety: - Elderly people, pregnant women, people taking prescription medications, suffering from heart disease, diabetes and high or low blood pressure should consult a doctor before using the spa.
- People under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances are not permitted to use the spa.
- Please use the handrail when entering or exiting the spa pool.
- Clients should not spend more than 20 minutes in any one area of the spa.
- Please take care as the floor may become slippery – no running or jumping.
- Please do not bring any products (shampoo, shower gel, exfoliators, body creams, etc.) into the spa area, as they are not allowed and can affect the filtration system. These products may be used in the showers in the changing area but not within the spa itself.
At iâl Salon we’re hugely proud to be part of the Green Salon Collective. The Green Salon Collective is a start-up of industry experts, hairdressers and eco campaigners on a mission towards hairdressing sustainability. Their goal is to collect as close to 100% of all salon waste as physically possible and to then find new uses for it that reward the salon, the environment and the community and we want to help out as much as we can. We also ask for a totally optional eco fee of £1 at every service to support the salon in being more sustainable.
