To ensure that all our guests have the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible, we kindly ask that you observe the following spa etiquette guidelines.

Preparing for your appointment:

• Please respect that Ial Spa Wrexham is a training establishment and whilst we strive to maintain high quality, industry standards not all treatments and services can be guaranteed. Treatments and services may differ in length and quality depending on the student delivering them, so please make sure you notify a member of staff if you are not happy with your treatment within 3 days. Commercial timing cannot always be assured.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment for consultation. If you are more than 10 minutes late we regret to inform you that we reserve the right to cancel your appointment completely or, where possible, a shorter treatment may be offered.
• If you have had anti-wrinkle injections and or dermal fillers, you will need to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before having a facial electrical treatment or any advanced facial treatments.
• We require 4-6 weeks’ hair growth to receive the best wax experience/minimum ¼ of an inch.
• For all beauty therapy services that involve tint or glue a skin test is required 24-48 hours prior to EVERY appointment.
• We cannot carry out any beauty treatments on anyone under the age of 16, even with parental consent.
• When making an appointment, please note that all bookings over £50 require a 50% deposit.
• Ial Spa cannot guarantee a specific student to conduct treatments.
• Prices are correct at time of print and are subject to change at any time.
• Ial Spa cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to clothing or personal belongings.
• On arrival you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire. Certain medical conditions may preclude you from some of the treatments or facilities. Please advise of any health conditions / allergies at time of booking. If you are pregnant we will be happy to advise you on the suitability of treatments.
• We respectfully ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment, so it can be offered to another client. If you fail to attend your appointment without cancellation, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your next appointment. If you fail to attend further appointments, the full amount will need to be paid in order to place any future bookings.
• From time to time we offer discounts to our clients. These are subject to change, cancellation or withdrawal at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special price.
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless your service is cancelled by Ial Spa or if you cancel later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
